This place is supposed to be awesome for used appliances, but both times I have been here (today and like a year ago), with “Open” signs on in the window and during regular posted business hours, no one has been there. Calling the number gets an immediate “wireless customer not available” message. It’s really too bad, I had cash in hand ready to buy a water heater today, y’all are like 5 minutes from my house too 😔

The staff was very friendly and professional, and they were happy to answer any questions I had about their products. What impressed me the most was their timely response to my inquiries. They promptly returned my calls and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I also appreciated the fact that they offered great prices on their water heaters without compromising on quality.
