Canadian Appliance Source Windsor

We received a quotation for four kitchen appliances in the Regent Ave store in Winnipeg. After discussing our options, we decided to accept the offer and called the sales person back to place the order. After a couple of attempts and leaving messages, our call was never returned. Finally, we called a CAS online number and spoke with Anamika Shil Chaity in Windsor, Ontario. Ana was incredibly friendly and most helpful in ordering the appliances for us, making all the necessary delivery arrangements and answering a myriad of questions!! When we ran into one glitch, whereby LG couldn't provide the fridge we wanted, Ana quickly sourced similar fridges and provided the specs for each so we could choose another one. We were very grateful for the service Ana provided, and highly recommend dealing directly with her.

Went in with awareness of models available on their website to be told nothing was available that I liked that they don't deliver on Mondays & that they do not feel gas hook up. 0 out of ten. No respect, no offers of any models that ARE available obviously not interested in making what could have been a very quick easy sale of $2000. Moving along to somewhere that is willing to provide service & respect. Will not return.

We were looking for a new cooking range as the old one was malfunctioning. We called Canadian Appliance Source as we had purchased a laundry set from them last year and were very happy with their service. This time we got Anamika as our sales representative. Anamika was very helpful and quickly and efficiently guided us through the options available and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. The order was placed online very quickly and the delivery was scheduled to our satisfaction. Thanks Anamika for another wonderful experience with Canadian Appliance Source.

I went into CAS to look at a new stove and refrigerator. I had the pleasure to deal with Anamika. She was absolutely amazing. I had a certain stove in mind and she show it to me. I ask some questions and she answers them quickly. I determined that was not the stove for me. She took the time to find one that was perfect for what I was looking for. She also explain all the warrenty and answered all my questions. I did not feel rushed, or like I was a sale and get out. She closed the deal and said if for any reasons I could call her. I would deal with Anamika again for sure. I highly recommend her.

Our experience at Canadian Appliance Source was fantastic! Elle -Jae was our sales associate and she went above and beyond for us. She was knowledgeable, kind, polite, professional and did what she could to make us leave happy. We bought 5 appliances that day and it was alot of decision making n a lil bit stressful to make these decisions..but she was patient, understanding and even offered me coffee n to take a breath n break . Ha ha.. in the end we left super happy. Every item they had in stock and delivery was within 2 days of us purchasing..We were impressed with her customer service, and she made our experience fun, trusting and delivered herself in a very professional manner!
