Big Saving Appliance

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with Big Saving Appliance. They responded quickly over a holiday weekend, which was a huge help when I needed appliances on short notice. They took the time to give me multiple options, worked hard to stay within my budget, and never tried to upsell me into something I didn't need. What really stood out was that they met with me in person, took a look at what I was working with, and helped mix and match appliances to find the best combination for my needs and budget. The customer service was honest, knowledgeable, and focused on finding a solution rather than just making a sale. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality appliances, fair pricing, and personalized service.

Was able to grab a stacked washer + dryer with barely a dent (the dent was in the back of the appliance) for a really good deal. The woman running the counter was super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and helped us get it into the back of the truck. Hopefully I don't need any appliances anytime soon, but if I do, I'll be coming back here.

Went in for a dryer. Originally thought that I would be purchasing a used appliance however the business only sells scratch and dent. Process was fast and smooth. I would say that I was in and out in about 10 minutes. The appliance was delivered same day. I purchased haul away and to my surprise the old dryer would not fit through the door. The delivery guys took the door off and switched out the dryer in about 25 minutes. I typically order from big box stores but this process was smooth that I would definitely use them again.

Was in and out of the store within an hour and bought a brand new washer and dryer for 50% off both items. The lady at the front cleared up any misunderstandings I had and let us know that we needed the plugs for the dryer and a hose for the washer which they sold both in store and was also inexpensive and a quick process. They proved both items worked in store, guaranteed that if they didn’t work in 7 days they will pick them up, reassured us that we still had manufacturer warranty, and the lady herself took care of moving and packing both the washer and dryer for the trip home. Could not have had a better experience.
