A+ service from start to finish! The scheduler and intake person was pleasant and helpful. We were given an appt within 24 hrs. Devito, our repair technician , was timely, knowledgeable, and immediately diagnosed and took care of our clogged drain line causing a leak in our refrigerator. I would definitely call Landers for another appliance problem.

Steve is a great repair technician. He is efficient, smart and very practical. He will set out your options when it comes to whether to repair or replace a unit. Steve brings a professional approach that puts the concerns of the customer at the forefront. I am a repeat Landers customer because of Steve’s knowledge and help with considering all the options.

Edit- Malcolm was our Tech’s name! First time customer and they will definitely be on the top of our call list when need another repair. Our technician was amazing! He was so professional and nice! I am sorry but I cannot remember his name. There was some type of warranty from Whirlpool and he made me aware that they would put the claim in for me. You definitely have a great employee.
