My husband and I were shopping for an oven. Back in May, the salesman said to wait if we could until the 4th of July sales as the sales are the best at that time. He said on tax free weekends, they raise their prices to make the sales look better as well. So we waited. Upon our return to the store during the advertising of the sales for the 4th of July, we came in to buy the oven and discovered it was more expensive. The sale was not as good as it was when we went in, in May, for the memorial day sales. When we questioned this, we were told that they would not honor the other sale price. We had in the past bought an entire kichen setup as well as a recent replacement refrigerator back in December 2025. We even showed a picture of the sale and the item that we wanted. We also told them who it was that told us this information who happened to not be available on that day or weekend of the 4th of July. Needless to say after much back and forth, we left and bought the same oven at the price we were hoping to acquire, especially for set up and delivery. Before we bought the oven from the other store, we did check back with Manny's and were told no, you have to accept this price. And that was all there was to it, so they lost a sale. We also found out that the store may still say Manny's, but it is no longer run by that individual. Manny sold the store and that is why customer service is not like it was so many other times when we did business with them. Always look around. You might find yourself a better deal and save yourself aggravation.

My husband and I returned from a weekend away to a refrigerator that was not working. We had a repairman come and it was time for a new one. He recommended Manny’s and now I know why. We were greeted promptly by Paul who showed us models similar to what we had. Paul was kind ,patient and knowledgeable . We were able to get delivery in two days-which included taking away the old refrigerator. I am so pleased with the service we received and the quality of the product we bought. Thank you!!

Very easy process from the moment we arrived at the store. We found a refrigerator we loved and checked out and got our assigned delivery date. Delivery was less than a week from our purchase date. Delivery went smoothly. Delivery guys were timely, friendly, skilled at their job and efficient. Fridge wax up and running ahead of their departure. Great overall experience. Very pleased with Manny's!!!!

We saw that there was a Memorial Day Sale at Manny's/Wilbraham and thought: That's nice. The next day, our fridge stopped working, and parts needed were no longer available. Quickly made our way to the Wilbraham store and worked with Salesperson Chris K. Very personable, listened to us, and helped us tremendously. He was so good. Manager Chris S. also brought knowledge to the table. We were very pleased, and are looking forward to our delivery. We highly recommend this store.

In March I bought a dishwasher from Kelly at Manny’s in Framingham. She was amazing. I explained what I wanted, and she showed me several dishwashers in various price ranges. Never did she try to upsell me. Installation was quick and easy. And when I had questions after the dishwasher was installed, a Manny’s service technician’s came out to my home. The technician, Brad, was also great. He came out in less than a week and quickly took care of a minor issue. My previous dishwasher was from Lowes and their third party warranty was useless, their customer service was unreachable, and their prices were higher than Manny’s. I will never, ever buy another appliance from Lowes. I definitely recommend going to Manny’s. Ask for Kelly!
