Thoughtful, accommodating scheduling. Diligent, prudent, capable service associate Joey determined to find and fix source of issue and to have our washer functioning ASAP. We have purchased a dishwasher, stove (10 + years old) and clothes washer and dryer (10 + ish years old) from Jarvis, all still working . Will continue to purchase appliances from them as needed. So grateful.

We purchased a dishwasher from Jarvis several years ago and were having some issues. Luckily the dishwasher was under warranty (we typically don’t buy extended warranties and were happy we did). It was so easy dealing with Jarvis - they submitted the information to Electrolux, received the part and scheduled the service all in a week. Very knowledgeable technician replaced the part and arrived on time. Great service!

We called Jarvis Appliances to purchase a new dryer. The one we had came from Jarvis 12 years ago and was great!! They insisted that we talk to a service technician to see if we could fix the old one and they were correct!!! The service technician overnighted us a 60.00 dryer “tune up” kit with a belt and pulleys and told me to call the store when it arrived. The service technician returned my call after normal business hours and walked me through the repair, which was amazing. Every appliance in our home has come from Jarvis, and this is why!!
