Mr Appliance

I am very disappointed with this company. If I could give less than a star I would. A year ago, we bought a set washer and dryer, very expensive… We got a trusted brand as well, Electrolux. Within a year we have already had so many issues and Manny’s appliance has not been helpful at all. We bought the extended warranty, which would make you think in a situation where the washing machine broke they would be helpful. Our washing machine broke, we got in touch with Manny’s appliance and they sent out a technician. Tell me why the technician couldn’t get the part for two weeks. We were stuck without a washing machine for over two weeks. Three days after he “fixed” the washing machine it broke again. The same issue. We tried calling Manny’s appliance and they basically told us that they cannot help us until next week and now it could take even longer. To me this is very unacceptable, the laundromat is expensive and a waste of money when you spend thousands of dollars on a brand new washer and dryer and an extended warranty.. They have not compensated us in any way, we have asked nicely. I would highly recommend not buying any appliances and definitely not getting the extended warranty because it clearly means nothing to them. Do better Mannys..

Manny’s Appliances in Sutton, MA is excellent! I love Tom, he is always extremely helpful kind and friendly! This is my second time buying an appliance here, and once again the service was amazing. They are friendly, helpful, and honest, with great prices and a smooth buying experience. I will definitely keep coming back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality appliances and great customer service.

Had a great experience with Manny’s! After dealing with another large realtor pushing our oven delivery months out after promising we would have it in two weeks, we cancelled with them and ordered the exact same stove from Manny's and had it within a week! The delivery drivers were very nice, efficient and professional. Highly recommend!
