Stay away from this machine the sales rep at the store really sold us on this model and it is so noisy and never mind having a full load the machine bounces around and takes forever constantly having to move around clothes I load my wash one article at a time so it’s not like I’m throwing a whole basket in Update after 2 visits from service tech first one using 2 towels to test machine and the second using a half load of laundry which I put in evenly distributed all clothes and the only thing I could be told is jeans cannot be washed with shirts doesn’t make sense to me as this was not specified when purchasing machine , if you choose to purchase this machine ask questions about what is involved when washing clothes in this model , you may end up having to do 4 loads of clothes for one hamper worth of clothes update after multiple complaints about the operation of this machine I’ve been put on the back burner after speaking with Scott and Dave and they told I will get a call back and it’s been 3 weeks well today im doing laundry and the drum starting acting up again only this time I was able to record it with only a half load of laundry, so what will be the excuse now another visit from a service tech to try and figure out problem with 2 towels in drum? Salespeople are nice but after that we’ve had a horrible experience. Husband and I ordered a fridge, the delivery/installer guy told my husband he was going to skip a step but it should be fine. Unsurprisingly it was not fine and the freezer does not seal at all on one side and there was a horrible grinding noise when opened. First several times we tried calling the servicing center we got no answer or were hung up on, first time they sent someone out the seal problem was not fixed. Theres at least a week wait in between someone being able to come out and fix it, meanwhile our freezer is leaking cold and we have to duct-tape it shut. Would never have bought a fridge from this company if I knew there’d be such poor customer service afterwords. Buyer beware.
