Tax free weekend and the service was exceptional. Joe sold us the refrigerator and was very pleasant as was the whole staff. We will be going back for any future purchases. The bonus was for doing a review you get a bottle of extra virgin olive oil. Win win!!!!

We purchased a new dishwasher, microwave, stove and refrigerator on July 1st. John assisted us answering our many questions. Delivery was later in July which went very well. And so far all appliances are working great! Fingers crossed for that to continue. Thank you John and Manny's Appliances.

Jane at the Pittsfield store was so accommodating. Customer service was excellent. She helped with refrigerator selection where measurements were very specific and limiting. In addition I got what I wanted at a fantastic price. Manny’s the appliance store I will use in the future for other appliance purchases.

I was having some issues with my laundry center (washer) and I called for servicing. They were very quick to schedule service and the technician who arrived was very polite and thorough. They resolved my issues quickly. I would highly recommend them for your appliance needs.
