My husband and I went to North Shore Vacuum for the first time to get a Sebo Dart or Felix, which we had already researched and selected online. The sales associate Jillian helped us choose which to get by giving us a tour of the products, pointing out the differences, and letting us try the display model. She was very knowledgeable and friendly and gave us recommendations for how often we'd need to swap the filter and bag. Buying was a breeze, the price was a deal, and the customer service was great! We highly recommend North Shore Vacuum for anyone wanting to get a great, long-lasting vacuum.

If you are looking for a new vacuum, definitely visit North Shore Vacuum. I had the pleasure of working with Nancy, and she helped me pick a new Miele vacuum. She was very knowledgeable and patient, and answered all my questions! Highly recommend!!

This small business vacuum store truly beats the big-box stores by a mile. The staff is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and you can immediately tell they have real expertise when it comes to vacuums. They took the time to explain differences, answer questions, and let us actually try out different models—which made the whole experience fun and stress-free. Overall, it was such a great experience from start to finish. We’re especially excited to give our new pink vacuum a twirl! 💗✨
