Great customer service! Charles is the best sales member to work with. We have used them many times for personal and business over the years. Tri City has a ton of options for appliances. The delivery team is knowledgeable and efficient. From starting an order to delivery and installation they are seamless. Definitely recommend using Tri City for all your appliance needs!

We recently purchased a new GE washer and dryer from Tri-City Sales in Ipswich. The process was easy and straightforward because the sales team is informed and helpful. There is no pressure or upselling with this organization. Delivery took approximately 1 week and Tri-City was accommodating when we had to make a schedule adjustment. Delivery was conducted quickly with a team of 3 who clearly had assigned roles and were very good at their jobs. 5 out of 5 stars

Visited the store on Monday and had a new washer and dryer installed on Tuesday morning. It was an easy sale for I did my research ahead of time and met with Cathy the sales consultant who had me out of the store in 20 minutes. The installation was complicated starting with needing a small truck to get under a rail trail tunnel. The actual installation and removal was on a second floor and into a narrow closet. Gsilva express did the installation and were meticulous and skillful during the entire installation.
