My washing machine broke one morning and I went right to Hudson Appliance, and I'm so glad that I did. I had never shopped here before, but had passed it all the time downtown Hudson. They were incredibly flexible with scheduling a delivery time, and when I had to reschedule I was able to easily text a real person, not a bot. Angel and George removed my old washing machine for me and installed my new one all within about 10 minutes. Incredibly convenient, super friendly, and very well priced. Shop local!!

We just finished the process of receiving a new refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher from Hudson Appliance. Our experience with their team was nothing but positive. Their was no pressure or upsell from the sales people. Just solid information and comparisons between features and manufacturers. Prices were also great. They were very accomodating and flexible with delivery dates. The delivery team was extremely personable and efficient. Working in tight quarters they removed our old appliances and brought in the new ones with great care. This was our first experience with Hudson Appliance and we would highly recommend them.

Absolutely horrible experience. Paid $250 to install a microwave. When he was done the door was not able to open completely, it was tilted forward, he did not use the template or connect it to the outside vent. He never plugged the outside vent so if I didn’t look rodents could get in and heat would escape. When I asked him to fix it he said he had 9 more customers…like I was being unreasonable. This was a two man job and he was alone. Called my salesman and he basically blew me off. Waited all day for him to call me back and he basically said nothing. I’m so disappointed. Still waiting for a call back. What happened to them?

Jay, our sales rep was excellent. He was professional, friendly, and thorough in assisting us with our purchase. He explained each item and cost, printed rebate forms, and explained the delivery process. Our delivery was seamless. The delivery men were thorough in removing the old appliances and hooking up the new ones. They use an app with a map that shows what number you are in the delivery schedule and the approximate time of their arrival. All in all, I recommend Hudson Appliance and will purchase from them again.

My experience with Hudson Appliance has been A-1 so far! Garrett, the sales representative, was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions very thoroughly. And as for Kevin and his delivery crew - I couldn’t believe how quickly and efficiently they moved a very large washer/dryer unit into my upstairs apartment. Communication has been superb throughout. I am really happy with my whole experience so far! ***Update, 2 months later - added a pedestal to boost my combo washer dryer and it was delivered on time and perfectly by Emilio and company. I love the unit and have had a fantastic experience all around with Hudson Appliance!
