I recently purchased a dishwasher, stove, microwave and a fridge from this store. While the dishwasher and microwave worked (for a few weeks) the fridge was completely non-functioning (after spending an additional 700 bucks for a nicer one) and one of the 4 stove-tops is completely burnt out. Now, the dishwasher is also failing to close. With no refunds, i have no recourse to get my money back and was only given a "warranty" to trade it in with another appliance. Apparently, the owner is shipped tons of appliances from various warehouses with random issues and problems. He gets the barely functioning, and then sells them. My advice, stay far far away from this place. The only as-advertised appliance that worked fully is the microwave, the cheapest of the 4 i bought.

Robert and his team are amazing! I purchased a stackable washer and dryer from him at a very reasonable price, and he even delivered it to me despite the fact that I live an hour and a half away. His team was punctual, responsive, professional, and incredibly kind throughout the entire process. A few days after delivery, I ran into an issue with the unit. As soon as I reached out, Robert immediately sent a team member all the way back out to my home at no charge to fix it. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. If you’re looking for quality appliances, fair prices, and a company that truly stands behind its products, I can’t recommend Robert and his team enough!

We bought a stove, refrigerator, washer dryer, and microwave/oven wall unit from Robert Rojas in September 2025. The appliances were delivered and installed as promised and we are happy with the appliances. The price was fair for the deal. The only issue is that one of the bins on the refrigerator that was cracked when it was delivered, is still not replaced. Robert attempted to replace it, but the refrigerator is old and the part is no longer available. I still recommend this store, but be cautious about the age of their appliances since there may not be parts available.
