Yale Appliance & Lighting

We own a condo in Boston, but don't live there. So when our washer/dryer 2-1 stopped working, we were stressed about having to shop for a new unit from 1,000 miles away. I saw the positive ratings with Yale and received a recommendation to check Yale out. So I did. Bear in mind everything was done on the phone, so I was a bit nervous. Our sales person Danny D was patient with me as I had to call him back multiple times. I called on Friday and was able to get a new machine installed the next Monday. Although I was not there to accept delivery, I was told that the two delivery guys were excellent. They arrived earlier than anticipated. They were very throughout, made sure the new machine was leveled, ran a quick cycle to make sue it worked. Hauled the old machine away, cleaned up and left. Everything went very smoothly and efficiently. Let's hope I don't have to replace any other appliances any time soon. But in case I do, Yale will be the first place for me to contact.

The team was knowledgeable, patient, and helped me find exactly what I needed without any pushy sales tactics. They answered all my questions and made the whole process easy. Delivery was fast, on time, and the crew was professional and respectful in my home. They even hauled away the old unit and made sure the new appliance was installed perfectly. The whole team was fantastic! Danny N guided me through the transaction for a counter-depth frig, and the same-day delivery team of Dorian and Valentin were wonderful in removing my old one and carefully installing my new one. My frig stopped working. I’ve used Yale before and tried to go last Sunday but they were closed, so I (foolishly) got a frig from a chain (won’t say the name but it rhymes with Roam Repo). They said a full depth one could fit through my interior door. This morning the delivery guys came and said it wouldn’t. I have a family coming to stay in my house tomorrow evening and need a working frig. When I went to Roam Repo after the delivery refusal, they said they were happy to deliver a new frig in 5 days, which wouldn’t work. So down to Yale and 5 hours later I have a working frig in my kitchen!

Amazing delivery! First they where able to deliver a lot quicker than other stores. Secondly, after some poor delivery experiences with big box stores I decided to go with Yale. It was the right call. After placing your order an actual person calls you. Patiently works with you to make sure your all set for delivery (reviewing your order, covering power requirements for the range etc ..) then they coordinate arrival. The team that installed this was great. The best way I can describe it is the moved the appliance like it was their own. They navigated my house while moving it like it was their house. Careful and clean. They made sure it was level (actually using a level) and that it functioned. I suppose there are a lot of places to purchase the same item but service and delivery is the key to my wallet and they exceeded my expectations. If the delivery team reads this, thank you guys.
