I would avoid. They came out about a month ago to look at our dishwasher and refrigerator. The technician spent about 10 minutes diagnosing both appliances, just by visual inspection, and charged $150 for each. When I asked what would happen if the diagnosis was wrong, I was told there would likely be additional charges once they investigated further. In the end, I paid for a very high-level diagnostic with little confidence that the recommended repairs would actually solve the problems.

Horrible service ; I paid a diagnostic fee and when they came out the gentleman had no real knowledge of the dishwasher outside of using the iPad for trying to diagnose the issue . I was told it needed a new control panel to be repaired or that I would need a new unit . I declined both and looked into it further after he left because I wasn’t at all impressed with his service. I looked online and pulled the unit out ; tried a few things that were suggested and it works like a charm . I will never use this company again and have inquired about getting my diagnostic fee back . I am far from being a repair technician and I am highly disappointed

Valery is very sweet and professional. He is extremely knowledgeable and was a pleasure to work with. He quickly diagnosed the problem and now we are just waiting for the part for the installation appointment. Making an appointment was easy; scheduling was friendly, quick and professional. The Technician, Valery was courteous and communicated his arrival well. I would definitely call them back for my next repair and recommend this company to others. The only thing that could be better is if they took the American Express cards so travel points could be earned. :-)

Val replaced the ignition module in our stove. He was just as professional, pleasant, and sociable as he was when he came before to assess the problem. Even though we told him not to bother, he insisted on removing his shoes before moving through the house. Very thoughtful. The repair was quick, uneventful, and everything works perfectly. I will recommend you, and him anytime anyone asks. Thank You for such great service. :-)
