The storefront is an unorganized mess. There is no showroom, just delivery boxes stacked up everywhere. Went to purchase a dryer, store hours said opened at 8AM. Store didn't open until 8:10AM. Asked to see dryers, guy working started to show me washers. Ordered a dryer and was told I would be contacted with delivery date. Never received a call. I called myself and was told "oh yeah, we have you scheduled for today". No heads-up at all after promising to call about delivery status. Delivery was a disaster. My wife and I had to remove pictures and shelves. No help at all from the delivery people. Then delivery people caused hundreds of dollars of damage to our drywall, left the carpet soaking wet, and left several plastics and metal pieces (nuts, bolts, screws) just laying on the carpet. As a father with a 14 month old, I was very upset that the hazardous trash was just left there. Contacted the company for repairs. I was told to get an invoice and send to Apache. After searching for a reasonable quote, I sent Apache the invoice, exactly as they instructed. I did not hear back for several days. Finally, after my 3rd email, Apache's response was "a is check in the mail", criticizing me about the invoice price and that their repairman that they would use would charge much lower. Great customer service. Being passive aggressive after damaging your home. DO NOT EVEN BOTHER
