I've used Raker for years and always been pleased with the service and response. Today, I had Max from Raker out to repair my washer. He arrived promptly, was very knowledgeable, thorough, and worked quickly. He went over all my appliances, cleaned my refrigerator coils, fixed a leaky ice-maker water supply, I could not be happier or more confident that I am in good hands when I need help.

Our dryer went out with no warning. Raker Appliance was recommended to me by several people local to the area. I was leaning toward purchasing a brand new dryer as another repairman said mine was old and not worth repairing. Mr. Raker was here in a day with a smile on his face. He even brought a treat for our dog. He was knowledgeable, kind, and fair. The issue was a simple blown fuse, which he fixed in minutes to get us back up and running. It's rare to find an honest repairman today. Most are just looking to take your money and run. I highly recommend Raker Appliance Co. They run their business with integrity, which is hard to find today.

Wonderful service. We had another company come to look at our dryer - it took them 2 weeks to "fix" the dryer and we were left with more problems than we had originally. The company was unreliable and difficult to communicate with. We did not want to work with them again to fix the problems that had arrived. We called Raker and they were able to stop out next day. They were able to completely repair the whole washer/dryer within 3 days. They were very responsive through both calling and texting. They were upfront and clear with everything that was going on and their prices were reasonable. We were not even charge for the first visit. It seemed like we were their first priority, even though I'm sure they had many other clients. We would definitely recommend them and will continue to use their services!! Jensen, Crop Salon
