We recently purchased a brand new refrigerator from this establishment and had to get a sensor repaired months later. Fortunately, we encountered honest and trustworthy individuals who ran the business. They diligently searched for the correct part and successfully repaired the sensor. It was a pleasant surprise to discover that there are still businesses like this that prioritize customer satisfaction. We would recommend it 10/10!

Bryan provides very good quality appliances. I've been using his company for years at my rentals in Baltimore, PG and Anne Arundel. His guys travel to all my properties, sends me pics, so I don't have to be there, and stands by all is products if I have a problem. As a Landlord, I can't find a better supplier of good quality, used appliances in the DMV.

Very easy to work with! Great selection of appliances, fair pricing, and the delivery was exactly when they said it would be and they were super quick with the swap out! The crew took the time to ensure the stove was clean and working. And even took a second to tidy up the shoe prints from when they walked in. The stove is working good so far, so happy to recommend to others that quickly need an affordable appliance.

They were able to schedule us for an installation and haul away quickly and at a very reasonable price. It was easy to reach Mr. Sanchez for scheduling and they came prepared and worked quickly and efficiently.
