Spicher's Appliances

I just purchased my first appliance from Spichers, and now wish I would have made previous appliance purchases through them! Lowe’s has always been my go-to out of convenience, but I’ve always had some type of glitch with its third-party delivery company. Spichers delivery of my new range was on-time, hassle-free, and the delivery guys were instructional concerning how I should prep the oven before use—something Lowe’s delivery crews have never addressed! They also made sure the oven was level, and again, something the Lowe’s crew did not do. I also had a pleasant experience in the Spicher’s showroom when considering my purchase. They also register the appliance and keep track of any recalls. I’m in the process of updating my old appliances, and will be going back to Spicher’s when the time is right.

We had an error code on a dryer that is less than one year old. Spicher’s scheduled a service call immediately, and kept us informed of the service person’s progress to our house. The issue was detected, and resolved, within 10 minutes. The dryer is operating, but a new part was ordered to make sure the issue does not come up in the future. Now that’s service!

Spoke to 2 different salesperson about refrigerators and Spichers after-sales support. Both were knowledgeable, no-pressure and it was enjoyable to talk with them. Their automated system reconfirmed our delivery date and 2-hour window for their arrival. The delivery guys were very quick and efficient. The entire experience was smooth.

Spichers installers was very fast professional, kind and friendly. One of our appliance was damaged, but Spichers took it back right away and replaced it, with no problems. They installed our dishwasher and the exhaust on our stove which looks fantastic. Best experience I ever had in a long time. Thank you Spichers for taking care of us!
