The showroom at ADU is laid out nicely so you can see all the appliances in kitchen like settings. We made an appointment in advance and worked with Kyle. The appointment is helpful so you have undivided attention and Kyle answered our many, many questions over two visits. He guides the decision but does not pressure you to make any particular purchase. We bought a dishwasher from ADU previously, and now have purchased three additional appliances. Delivery was quick and easy, and the delivery guys work hard! Installation is separate from delivery; Kyle was easy to reach when we needed clarification on the process.

We worked with Kyle at ADU Appliances as part of our full renovation, and he was a pleasure to work with from start to finish.He was incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we felt comfortable with every decision. We had previously purchased appliances from ADU several years ago and had a great experience so when we needed a new refrigerator we contacted them and once again had a great experience. Kyle Gladden was super helpful with both purchasing and coordinating our delivery and installation. The delivery crew was outstanding. Our installer, Rick McClain did an outstanding job getting our refrigerator uninstalled and the new one installed. Throughout the whole process we received updates and were kept informed. The whole experience was great from beginning to end. I would give 10 stars if possible!
