We hired JJ Gloss to repair our broken dishwasher and had a great experience. When calling in, Eric was very accommodating and professional. He got us scheduled quickly for repair. Rich came to the house and was competent and friendly. He diagnosed the issue and ordered the necessary parts. The repair was scheduled and completed quickly thereafter. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend JJ Gloss. Thank you!

My fridge went out unexpectedly before a holiday weekend and everyone here was so hopefully. They found me a model In stock that would fit and delivered it the next day. Owen and Grayson did the delivery and install and were very helpful and professional. Great experience. Highly recommend.

I had an excellent experience with the folks at JJ Gloss! I knew which model refrigerator I wanted when I got there, and they walked me through its features at the showroom. They kept me informed of the delivery schedule, and the delivery and installation went very smoothly! I would definitely buy from JJ Gloss again!

We are so happy with our entire experience at JJ Gloss Appliances. Thank you again to Dan and Grayson!! They were both very professional, polite and respectful of our home. They did a wonderful job with the installation of our new Maytag refrigerator and removal of the old one. We will definitely be calling this team again for any future appliances.
