After scandal and being frustrated by all the big box store websites it was such a relief to find Bray & Scarff. I called and got a real person- Michael- who has actual knowledge and expertise. I felt immediately that I was in good hands. He explained in transparent terms all aspects of the installation and pricing. I bought a Whirlpool refrigerator that was well priced and in stock. No pushy promotions or long delays. Great experience.

We just bought our dream range at Bray & Scarff, and worked with Paul. Thanks Paul! - We had shopped around to several appliance stores, to include considering a purchase from Home Depot and hiring someone for installation, but went with Bray and Paul because of the level of service, both working with him and Bray & Scarff. We had quite a complicated installation scenario - so Paul recommended Cliff - (and his team Andre and Cliff Jr. ) install the range. That's the dream team. Purchase service and installation was wonderful. We had an amazing range installation (Thanks Cliff!) with they guys working until 8pm! and during installation they discovered a minor, minor cosmetic defect in the oven viewing window. One call to Paul and we are all to to have a manufacturer-certified technician replace the door. We are so glad we went with Bray & Scarff and Paul and will now buy all of our appliances with Paul. If you want to buy quality appliances that you'll have in your house for 20-30 years, just do yourself a favor, just go to Bray & Scarff. We had a great conversation with Paul over a few weeks on the best range for us, understood what we would be getting over a range of price and quality appliances and brands, and then the best installation team. We've already tested the warranty and service and are grateful to have the assurance of the ongoing service and warranty (yes, we purchased the Bray & Scarff extended warranty too).

I was so pleased with my experience at the Bethesda Bray and Scarff. I bought a Condo that has a kitchen that has not been changed since 1964. I needed all new appliances, and a new counter and backsplash. For the appliances, Paul Walterhoefer walked me through all of my choices and helped me overcome some challenges in upgrading a mid century kitchen. The space for a refrigerator was limited, but Paul found one that would fit. I love all of the appliances. They meet all my needs, were reasonably priced, and look really nice together. For the counter and backsplash, I had the good fortune to work with Marian Ostach. She showed me choices and made helpful suggestions after looking at pictures I had of the original kitchen. We were able to find a lovely counter that tied in the color of the floor bringing things together . To brighten the kitchen, which is windowless, she suggested white subway tiles for the backsplash. They are fabulous and brighten everything up. Suffice it to say, I am very pleased with my kitchen and that would not have happened without the experience and guidance of Paul and Marian. Bray and Scarff in Bethesda. I highly recommend it.

Very satisfied with my overall experience at Bray & Scarf. My experience with Geoffrey Burns who helped choose the best option for my space was high quality customer service on his end. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He set everything up to the best of his ability and I feel he went above & beyond to insure every detail aligned for a job well done. The team who installed my washer & dryer were also skilled, and courteous. They were on time, gave me adequate notice. Finally I am pleased with a job well done, and love my new washer & dryer which fits my space perfectly. Not to mention I got a great deal! Highly recommend!
