The old white lady at the cash register wasted over 30 minutes of my time for her own confusion. She misplaced her pen and then tried to accuse me of stealing it 😒 I felt so disrespectful and embarrassed. The store should move her to a different duty, away from customer service. Thank you.

This place needs a manager. 2 cashiers and myself waiting for manager who im told was in office. Employees were frustrated as much as customers. I frequent here and the manager creates a bad atmosphere. Please replace manager

I always find great bargains at Ollie's. Don't forget to take in your shopping bags as Baltimore county doesn't allow plastic bags.

I was able to purchase window treatments and curtain rods at a really low price. However, the area where the curtain rods were located was EXTREMELY junky and made it near impossible to access the shelves. If they're short staff, hiring and retaining employees needs to be their #1 priority because what I experienced was unacceptable.
