I have bought many appliances from NTA Services over many years. I have bought appliances for my own home as well as for my rental properties. Their prices are competitive and their delivery service is top notch. I have had a few situations when the appliance didn’t function properly and NTA promptly gave me the credit towards a replacement. I highly recommend these folks! In fact, I just bought a refrigerator and they’re delivering today.

Great customer service. Evelyn help me. Im so pleased with my purchases. I was referred to them by my sister. The prices are very reasonable. I purchase a Washer/dryer and Refrigerator all for under 2,000. Plus once your warranty is up they referrer you to someone and not just say oh well. I can't wait to get in our new home and use my purchases.

I was a repeated customer of NTA Over the last several years. However this last time I brought a washer and dryer combo the middle of March 2026. Here it is May 2026 dryer Is Not Heating Up and of course they want me to pay out of pocket to get it fixed. Seems like this time sold me a dryer that could hold up until there 30 day warranty was up. My previous purchases I never had a problem after 30 days dryer would go up a year or 2 later. Not this time and I didn't buy the $125 dryer this time that's probably what I should've purchased. Waiting now for their tech to call me to tell me a price and it bet not be more than what I paid for the dryer. Long story short invest your money in something with a longer warranty or don't buy used appliances as you'll be kicking more money out 1 .5 months later Rediculous! Update: Tech called talking about $145 smh for a dryer that I've had 1.5 months. At $145 I might as well Shop around and find a new dryer. I'm very close to there location dryer was really just purchased willing to pay half that price at this quick point.. Buyers beware is all I can say. And I won't be a returning customer after this experience!

If you read through all these reviews and think oh I’ll be the exception, it’s worth it for the price. THINK AGAIN! This company is so horrible and sleezy it makes sense they’re “cheap” when we got the machine installed it instantly had problems and I should have returned it then. A cockroach crawled out of my machine from this dirty business. The part about how they fix it to last until warranty expires is true, I began having issues the week the warranty expired and was unable to contact them since I was away without cell service for Christmas and they refuse to honor the warranty less then a week after. Shameful. Take your business elsewhere, don’t think you’re the exception like I did.
