A AND M APPLIANCES (BELAIR RD)

This is our FAVORITE go-to appliance store. We love this place because they have excellent prices on new, but slightly dented or scratched appliances. (They also have hard to find colors like bisque, which was very important to us at one time several years ago). We purchased 3 major appliances from them over the years when they were in a different location. We were so pleased to find them in their new location. Today, after a quick phone call and a text message from Julio showing us what they had available, we found the exact washing machine-dryer combo we were looking for. So make that 4 great appliances from A & M to date. Who cares about a scratch on the side of a perfectly new appliance? Not us. Julio is wonderful! Professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. If you are on a fixed income and fed up with the ever increasing prices for EVERYTHING these days, be sure to check them out. The prices and selection of products are AMAZING. We are sure you will find what you are looking for at a great price.

Highly, highly recommended! I had an outstanding experience thanks to Katie. From the moment I started working with her, she was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely kind. She took the time to really understand what I needed, answered every question thoughtfully, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. What truly set her apart was how open and honest she was throughout the process. She worked with me to find the best possible options and ultimately helped me save a significant amount of money while still getting high-quality appliances. It was clear that her priority was making sure I got the right fit, not just making a sale. That level of care, transparency, and professionalism is rare, and it made the entire experience feel easy and enjoyable. Disappointing experience. When I first walked in, an employee sat in the office, looked me up and down from the office and barely spoke. Eventually a sales associate did come out to greet me, but she was very unknowledgeable and couldn’t properly answer basic questions or guide the purchase. Customer service is everything, and at these prices, the service should match. The store is also extremely overpriced compared to other appliance stores. Never judge a book by its cover — we are investors and serious buyers. This store lost real business today!!!I will not return AND will tell my fellow investors and I DON’T recommend!!!!!

I was told about this store through my brother. He had nothing but good stuff to say. I went in looking for a specific size and style refrigerator. They didn't have one at that time whenI was looking. I left my number with Katie and asked her if she could message me when the refrigerator I was looking for came in. She said no problem and she would keep an eye out. Two weeks later I received a text from Katie with a photo saying she had a fridge fitting my description that came in that day. I was very excited and drove down to take a look. Sure enough it was exactly what I was looking for! Sherry helped me go through the payment and delivery details. What speedy delivery; I had it delivered the very next day! The guys that came to haul out the old and drop off the fridge adjusted the feet and flipped the way the doors opened. Everyone that helped make this happen was great! 10/10 recommend!
