Great experience, from initial stop at store through to delivery. Salesperson was very knowledgeable, friendly, informative, and offered excellent advice based on our wants and needs, not on price (NO upselling). Scheduling delivery was easy, and delivery was soon after purchase. Delivery people were very nice and efficient and offered more great advice about use and maintenance of appliances. We’ve bought a stove, fridge, grill, and vacuum cleaner from Crane; all these products have been high quality, and the sales and delivery experiences have been superb.

5+. The delivery team was fantastic. On time, communicated well, made a needed adjustment in the space to fit the new washer and dryer, made sure everything worked and I was okay with it all. and were really nice guys. Couldn't ask for more.

Wonderful customer service from Tony. Loved him! He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Had lots of beautiful appliances. Would recommend stopping here for appliances especially if Tony’s there. He helped us place an order for a brand new fridge and worked within our timeframe and specifications. 10/10!
