I have been a customer of Richard’s appliance for over 30 years. They are amazing - they make me feel like I am their only customer! This week, my dryer needed repair. The repair person was at my house within a day! He was friendly, kind, professional and efficient. I just love this company!!

The technician named Mark was great. He was very knowledgeable and explained the problem we had with our dishwasher. He was very precise in finding the problem and knew what part needed to be ordered to solve the problem. He did a great job in troubleshooting the dishwasher and suggested that i buy new detergent and rinsing products since mine were rather old and were only adding to the problem. We were very please with his excellent service. Looking forward to his return with the new part once again having my dishwasher in service. Mark explained everything to us in a nice pleasant way that was easy for us to understand. Just a nice, caring guy! Sandy and Ben

I can’t recommend Richard’s Appliances highly enough. We had a 20+ year old double oven that developed a serious operational problem. Twice, their technicians worked with us to correct the problems, saving us hundreds of dollars. Bill even aided in troubleshooting over the phone, and was 100% correct within 5 minutes! This company can be completely trusted to work with you to give you the best result at the best price!
