It is so nice to find a company that carries replacement parts for "not so new" equipment that is still in good and usable condition. The delivery was perfect. Although the replacement part had a slight defect, it's working perfectly. We are able to use our old but very good and trustworthy equipment all over again thanks to the replacement part!

The transactions were smooth and quick! I made the mistake of ordering the wrong bags (although they would work). I ordered two replacements and shipped two of the other packages back. All of that was easy. I can't ask for better service.

The product (sweep) was exactly as advertised and matched the photograph perfectly. It installed and worked beautifully, and was an exact match for the original that was installed in 2000. The only small disappointment was the time it took to ship it. I guess Amazon has spoiled me to expect shipping the same or next day. Other than that, my experience was great.

I had originally selected wrong part number and a simple email got a quick answer (day or two) and he was able to identify and mail correct part. They were super responsive and made it very simple for me. The rare friendly and positive customer service that leaves you whistling!

I like to order to support a store and not the other big online conglomerate. I ordered 6 dishwasher soaps and 2 came broken. $40 worth of soap. I sent a request for a refund or 2 new soaps. No response. So here I am $40 out and will not order again from them umless maybe this gets their attention?
