Frank's Appliance Svc

First time calling Frank’s Appliance. My refrigerator decided it didn’t want to cool any longer and was holding at 55 degrees. Called Frank’s and was given an appointment for the next day. Matt showed up first thing, as pleasant as can be. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain why the motor stopped cooling. The whole service call was completed within an hour, even with him having to run to the shop for a part. Enjoyable experience and Frank’s will be my go to now. Thanks Matt!

Can’t say enough positive things about Frank’s! I’ve been a customer for years and have consistently appreciated their professionalism, their products and the quality of their technical services when needed. Today was yet another example - thanks Matt for your help. Frank’s staff are consistently responsive, professional, and fair. Would recommend to anyone without hesitation!

We bought a Bosch fridge from Franks in fall 2025. They did a great job helping work through an unexpected circuit board replacement (due to a Bosch firmware update to fix the defrost cycle on the ice-maker). Not Franks fault but they supported us like it was. We had previously bought a chest freezer and smaller fridge from them in 2020 and they are great to work with.

My husband and I are pleased Frank's Appliance customers. The first place we look when we need a new appliance is Frank's. In fact we bought 4 appliance from them and will be looking to them for all of our appliance needs in the future. Why? Sales service is Tops. They don't give their customers the run around. You state what you need and what you are looking for and they direct you to the best appliance for the money. Talk to them about financing, if this is a problem. Also all their appliances come with an 8 year warranty. They have a service team that will come out and make the needed repairs. We have used this service in the past. The repair staff is knowledgeable and professional. The delivery team is personal and efficient. This team works as a cohesive unit so no time is lost. Yet they do the setup ensuring the appliance works before they leave, answering any customer questions, giving any tips for effective use of the appliance and taking the old appliance with them. The Office staff is incredible. You may encounter a problem after your purchase call them and they will assist you in coming up with a solution. We did ! This year's snow was long, cold and with lots of snow. So we asked them if they would hold our new appliance until the snow melts. This meant putting our appliance on hold for a 2 week period. No problem! They were more than happy to oblige. It worked out for all in the end. So you need a new appliance ... Frank's is the place to go...

Good afternoon! This is my now 3rd purchase from Franks!! I couldn't be more HAPPY with my new oven! The oven that came with the house was from the 1980s!! Honestly it had a second timer!! Josh at Franks was super!! We talked and my size oven, since its just a wall oven, is unfortunately going to stop being manufactured. It was basically get a very nice new oven, or completely redo my kitchen. Josh made it so simple!! He had the perfect oven for me!! (I'm a chef by trade)! Well yesterday was oven install day!! My perimenopausal brain, 🤣 did not mean to have a brand new oven installed the day before my daughter's birthday! When the 1st thing I will be baking will be her birthday cake! Frank and team arrived perfectly on time about 930am. And carefully removed my overdue to be removed oven. They were so awesome!! Especially with me wanting to watch every move they made!! And take photos!! This was once again the reason I will be calling Franks in the future!! Outstanding service!! P.S. I made the cake in the new oven this morning. 3 tier red velvet cake. All 3 layers rose perfectly 👌 This oven has more features, and I'm one happy cook!!
