Was late for work 1h 7:00AM appointment Checked in 8:00 AM they told me I have to wait 7hours at the dock to get unloaded but after 30min I got unloaded and 45 min later I’m empty

Very bad facility. Driver checked in at 8 am, appt was 10 am. Got the dock at 10 am no issue but took them 5 hours to unload. Checked out at 3 pm. Never coming back here again. Make sure you're getting paid good to come here or cancel the load if you can.

This place is very difficult. It took a long time to park in the back. To wait in the morning, they will serve me. I will sleep a little here. I hope they don't call my company and tell them that I was causing a disturbance and fire me since there are no exit signs and I went into the wrong parking lot. I'm sorry. I apologize. This place really needs to think a little about the drivers. They don't mind parking their trucks in front of the loading and unloading doors, and to top it off, this is my second load because I'm a newbie.

Very rude and unprofessional the guy at the receiving. I had a 9am appointment when I checked in but he told me no it’s 10am appointment then I tried to show him the appointment time on my ratecon then he told that he doesn’t what what the ratecon says. This why they bad ratings.
