Joe B. did a great job. Efficient, fast and courteous. He improved on my DIY reconnection of the flexible dryer vent hose to the stiff aluminum ducting. Not only did he tighten the clamps at both ends of the hose, he also noticed that a section of the duct had become disconnected, so he reconnected that section, taped it up solidly, and rotated the angle of reconnection of the hose to the duct so that the duct wouldn’t disconnect again.

Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. I originally ordered the grill (in the showroom) and was going to transport it in my car after it was ready to be picked up and then realized that it wouldn't fit in my car and needed to have it delivered instead. I called and they were able to schedule a delivery in a timely fashion on a day that worked great for me. They also gave timely status updates on the delivery. End to end it was a great experience. Highly recommend!

Great experience buying a new washing machine. Super service, Jim couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Machine arrived on time and was setup with removal of old machine. Carlos and his two helpers were terrific. Great service, great experience. I highly recommend Crane Appliance. This all took place from the new Yarmouth location on route 28. Great job everyone!!☺️

We bought a refrigerator from Crane Appliances 14 years ago! It lasted that long! Unfortunately we had to buy a new one. Jason Dougherty was the salesman and he was very helpful in helping me pick one out, to the delivery team who were awesome!! The 3 guys worked hard to get it through the door and taking the doors off then installing them back in a timely manner! Polite and very nice! Couldn’t have been a better experience!! I highly recommend them!!!

Bought our new refrigerator at Crane Appliance at the new South Yarmouth store. Received great sales service from Hans. We got to see the new fridge, purchase it and schedule the delivery. One stop shopping with great service. Beautiful new store too! Delivery team was great! chris and his assistant showed up on time. Checked out the delivery site and swapped our old fridge out with the new one. Friendly crew were quick and polite. They setup the new refrigerator and cleaned up after themselves. Thank You for a great purchasing experience!!!
