I was able to set up a repair appointment quickly and easily. The people I spoke with were very curteous. Brian was the repair tech who came to my home. He called ahead, was on schedule, and quickly resolved my repair issue. I will most definitely return to them if I am again in need of any repair. And plan to purchase my next appliances there. Well with the exception of being closed on Sunday. My total overall experience was exceptional. Good contact and updates. I had previously ordered a different brand from HD. That was a disaster and I ended up canceling that ordered and it took 7 days to get my refund from HD. Dracut appliance contacted me the day before to arrange delivery time. Day of delivery contacted me again to make sure it was OK. Then I received a text they were 27 minutes out. Sure enough they were here and contactless delivery and tje 2 men were so professional. Removed all packaging mostly outside except for the plastic sheet protective finish. They disposed of it and removed my old failed LG fridge. Super happy. Thank you Dracut Appliance

Always a great experience with Dracut Appliance. I rely on them for new appliance purchases, service even on appliances and didn't buy from them, and great advice when needed. I recently needed a washer/dryer done and they were fast, the plumber that was needed to do the gas install was very professional and ensured everything was working great before leaving. Great team!
