Over three years ago, I bought a washing machine from them that lasted until today, and it was truly excellent. So I went back and bought another one, and it only had a small dent, nothing serious. Their prices are incredible, and their service is good; they are friendly and very attentive. I highly recommend them.

I understand a processing fee when using a credit card if a sale takes place but if you return an item why do you keep the processing fee? This is not good business practice. Based on this particular experience I do not recommend.

I cannot praise Devin enough. This was the easiest purchase and it only had 2 scratches on the range. Excellent price! guys that delivered were super nice and they were in and out in 15 minutes. Thank you Skent N Dent!!!

Had a fantastic experience at Skent N Dent Shreveport! Carolyn, our sales representative, was outstanding—she made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They have a great selection of inventory, but it moves quickly, so be prepared to make a decision when you visit. I was able to easily outfit my investment property with a refrigerator, electric stove, and dishwasher. The team really takes care of you, and the prices are fantastic. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality appliances and excellent service!
