When my husband and I decide to purchase furniture of just about any kind or style we still look around at other stores first , but in the end we ALWAYS end up at Ivan Smith wondering why we went anywhere else in the first place. The reason for always returning to Ivan Smith, I believe, is because they have a good selection, affordable prices and a very nice staff. Mr. JR Ward at the Ivan Smith Burt Kouns, Shreveport location did a great job as a sales person. JR seemed to know his products well. He was not pushy which means something to us.He did not hover over us while we looked around. The young man did, though guide us through the store and was readily available when we had questions.
This time we purchased a sofa and a new recliner and we love them both!
