If you are looking for a quality washer and dryer look no further than B’s appliances! Brian is one stand up man. As a small business owner for decades I know what I’m talking about here. Brian sold me a washer and dryer set for a very reasonable price! Unfortunately the washer didn’t last very long. That happens with used appliances. The point here is Brian immediately attempted to fix the washer at no cost. He tried everything he could but decided to DELIVER another washer! This man is filled with integrity and a very hard working man. Not only am I elated to have found him for my washer and dryer. I am honored to have met him. Thanks again Brian!

Washer and dryer malfunctioned. Washer still had a warranty but not for what was wrong with it. Mr. B was referred to me by another appliance repair person. Mr. B has good quality appliances at very reasonable prices. They also look good cosmetically. He resolved my washer issue. He could have repaired the dryer but he asked if that job could be passed on to the guy that referred him. It blessed me that Mr. B is not greedy. Everyone could be treated with respect and fairly. He gave a fair price for both his repair work and his products. His level of integrity and fairness blessed me. I will return if I have any more washer and dryer issues. I wish I could clone him for other areas of service. He is a hidden gem near the airport. Opens from 10 - 4 M-F. I told the referring repair man what Mr. B did for me and for him ? The first words out of his mouth were “That’s the kindest man in the area.” What a blessing! He did not have to do what he did. I pray that God multiply all the good Mr. B has done and bless his business beyond measure! Grateful to have met you!

Honest to God do not understand the reviews saying he doesn’t answer or is rude. Mr. Brian answered every time I called him and it was a lot. His manners are amazing and he fixed my washer in under 20 minutes for free, an issue caused by me by letting it be stored in my garage while I waited to move. I was able to secure a washer and dryer set that performs like new for a price that is cheaper than most brand new washers alone. I WOULD recommend Mr. Brian when it comes to repairs and buying a new set. Friendly and affordable!!!

I wouldn't even give this place a 1 unless I had to to write this review I purchase a washer and dryer the washer was not working properly it was a defected in it and it still is .the owner would not talk to me now . A service called with made a difference he was on one as I purchased this so I know service calls or given to to his customers I was given a 25-day warranty which was not honored. I feel like this has been another pandemic scam on myself. This was a horrible experience I was told to go on one of the websites in order a part because he would lose his money as if losing my money was not just this important . I had a horrible experience which I haven't had in a very long time very long time. I was also told that I purchased a used washer yes I did but it was from a business which made a difference to me because I searched 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢 The photos show the tape that was on the tub the light that constantly stays on and having to unplug a toilet from the wall for the light to go off sites to find one and decided to go with this one because it was a business. And a recomendacion anytime and Injustice has been done is wrong but especially in these times.
