Both Mason and Faith are the best Sale representatives I have ever encountered! So professional, friendly, and Knowledgeable. It was all enough to convince me that I was purchasing a Speed Queen, from them. They are both wonderful assets to your company! By 9:15 the next morning, the appliance was installed and working. Jim the owner even called me two days later to see how things were working. We Love the Speed Queen washer and dryer. They are American made for over 100 years.

I needed a new dishwasher and decided to stop by Designer Appliances. They were incredibly helpful and well informed. Not only did they educate me on the dishwasher I bought, but also on other appliances in my kitchen and how to best maintain them for a longer lifespan. They called both before the install to coordinate a good timeframe, and also after the install to ensure everything went well. The installer they used was also excellent and went above and beyond to do a good job. The fantastic service has ensured that Designer Appliance will be my first stop for future appliances, and my first recommendation to anyone else.

I called the store several weeks ago and spoke with Mason, who was very helpful in answering questions about the Speed Queen Washer and Dryer set. Mason emailed the documentation from Speed Queen with all of the specifications for all models. After reviewing the documentation, we decided on the TR7 washer and the DR7 gas dryer. We agreed to their quote and we ordered the washer and dryer on a Friday and was installed on Monday. My experience was great and I will highly recommend them to everyone I know looking for appliances! Thanks again, Mason and Kevin!!
