Big Deal Appliances

Donald’s delivery experience was first class! He not only came in the middle of severe weather in New Orleans, but he graciously took his time installing my unit as as well as assisting two other gentlemen remove the old unit from my difficult entryway steps. It simply couldn’t have been done without him, and he was kind and could not have been more helpful through the entire process!

Big Deal Appliances is amazing! Not only great prices but good people to work with. The star of the show is Donald the delivery specialist! He is very professional, knowledgeable and kind. His disposition is amazing! Donald installed my refrigerator and stove. Thank you, Donald and Big Deal Appliances team! Highly recommended!!

After leaving a big box that couldn’t answer any questions, I came to Big Deal. Alaina was very helpful in educating me on the options available and worked up multiple quotes quickly. I wanted a certain tier but had to go one tier higher because of limited inventory (couldn’t wait because that laundry was piling UP). Still, I was extremely happy with the prices. Joe and Donald made installation easy then Mr. Curtis knocked out the gas quickly. Definitely recommend.
