I got a mattress that mattress direct and mattress firm was trying to sell me for $1800 for only $399 at sleep city! they have the best prices and I am always looking for the best deals, I can tell you sleep city has the best deals around. Ari was so nice and patient! she actually asked me and my partner questions to get us the best mattress, and she was so easy to get along with! a great personality we were having such a great time plus with the prices we couldn't resist but to take it home the same day

I can not say enough wonderful things about Laurin who picked out the perfect mattress for our son! She talked to us and found out exactly what kind of mattress we were looking for and went above and beyond to find the perfect one for us! My husband and I liked it so much that we bought one for ourselves too! Laurin answered all our questions, was extremely professional, courteous and was so knowledgeable about all the many different kinds of mattresses and the pros and cons of them making it easy to make a choice! She also gave us a great price on the two that we bought! We enjoyed talking to her and appreciate her outstanding service to us in helping us pick what would work best for us! Provided amazing service! I spoke with several members of the Sleep City Gonzales team and shared some discomfort I’ve been experiencing due to a car accident from a few years ago. They were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to help me find the perfect mattress at the perfect price. The entire team was patient, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable. I’m absolutely thrilled with my new queen-size cooling mattress and will definitely be returning soon to purchase a zero-gravity bed frame to match!

My in-store experience with the manager Cory was superior! 🤌🏽I told her my needs and that it was crunch time because the other place I went to prior was basically a scam 😭 and we would be moving into our new place the very next day. She definitely took her time locating everything on my list and ensured me that we would have what we needed and at a great price...and she DELIVERED. Even though my experience with her warehouse supervisor was less than desirable, her amazing service still grants a 5 star review in my book because as soon as I alerted her of the issue, she went to work determined to make it right..and she did. She even reached out afterwards to make sure everything went smoothly. Thank you Cory for everything you did. We have all been sleeping comfortably and are so happy with pur purchases!! Now you and your sister need to come get that apartment 🤣❤️
