I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I purchased a washer and dryer and was given a delivery date, but they were delivered two days later than promised after very little communication from the store. To make matters worse, before the delivery I went into the store to get answers and found the exact washer I had purchased with another SOLD sign on it with someone else’s name. I even showed photos proving it was the washer I bought. I was assured that it would be delivered that same day, but once again, that promise was not kept. Now that the washer and dryer have finally been delivered, the situation has only gotten worse because the washer doesn’t even work properly. I guarantee they will say they will send someone out to fix it but never show. I don’t recommend buying from this business. UPDATE: I tried calling and the number no longer works.

Purchase a washer and dryer set together 6/05/26. No communication on when they would be delivered until today 6/8/26. Was told that it would be delivered between 3pm-6pm. Normally schedule things ahead of time to make sure the purchaser is home but of-course not. Spent 3 hours waiting for arrival of washer and dryer. There was no communication in between those times and the number to contact suddenly stopped working after I sent a text asking for an update 15 minutes prior to 6pm! Seemed like a fishy experience from the jump, and very displeased with this services and how the operation works.

DO NOT RECOMMEND ‼️‼️‼️‼️ Me & my husband brought a washer , dryer & refrigerator we spent roughly around $900-1000 and the only thing that hasn't had to be fixed or replaced is our dryer . We got our washer switched 3 times and the last and final time we got an older smaller washer ( not what we originally paid for) they gave us what they wanted us to have ... not acceptable . Our freezer started to give us problems we called on a Saturday the man came Monday ... said he'll be back Tuesday with the piece and he didn't come back until SATURDAY all my food in the freezer went bad ... they didn't care . Fast forward to last week our refrigerator went out they told us to come pick a new one out which we did the lady that answers the phone ( with a bad attitude) said it'll be delivered Tuesday ... called Tuesday morning she said they'll be here ... here it is Wednesday no new refrigerator, won't answer the phone and I had to throw out milk , fruits , vegetables, yogurt etc ... on top of all the meat that went bad prior and we haven't been compensated for ANYTHING we paid for . Update : They brought the refrigerator and it's not even the one we picked out the day before . Smaller of course ... not what we picked out nor paid for . If you like spending your hard earned money wisely don't go here cause they don't care and clearly will give you whatever they want you to have .

I purchased a dryer and delivery from this store. The dryer didn’t work when it was installed. I was told it was because my outlet wasn’t getting enough power. I knew that wasn’t true so I called the store to see how to exchange it. I was told by a lady she has to talk to the delivery person and she would call me right back. 30 minutes later I called her back and they had blocked my number. I don’t understand why because I was not rude at all. I drove to the store and was told to choose another dryer and they would deliver it within 40 minutes, 3 days later I’m still blocked and they never showed up. My maintenance came and looked at the dryer and showed me how the kid(teenager) who installed it wired it wrong. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, I should have read the reviews before I went there
