My wife and I are renovating our fifth house and we have used several different appliance companies over the years. Luckily, this time we usedKenny Mills and the team at the Mt. Tabor Pieratts. Kenny not only has treated us like family, but you wouldn’t believe the level he has gone to in order to get everything right for our house. He has worked in step w/our kitchen cabinet designer on all the appliance specs, including the vent going into a custom wood hood. Something unique to Pieratt’s is that Kenny is our point of contact for literally everything including delivery and set up. All I have to do is literally text him and he takes care of it. I’ve never had this level of service working with any other company. The Mount Tabor Pieratts is clearly Central Kentucky’s leader (Appliances, electronics, and furniture). Today they delivered our washer and dryer. The crew on truck 28 went above and beyond to take care of our newly refinished floors. They set everything up perfect and could not have been more professional. If you care about your home, the only choice in Central Kentucky is to go with Kenny Mills and his skilled and extremely professional team at the Mount Tabor Pieratt’s!

Bought a $3500 Frigidaire Gallery fridge in 2020. Piece of junk that went out in 3 years with compressor issue. Out of warranty and Covid and factory in Mexico was blamed. Bought another one (more this time) and extended warranty to help out if had issues with new one. Guess what? Had issues. New one has water/ice leak on door. Visit 1- come out to look at fridge Visit 2 - brings out wrong part Visit 3- brings correct part but messes up wiring harness for middle door light Visit 4- tech looks at issue and orders new door Visit 5- tech called off work and Pieratts notifies me at 9 after I already called in to my job to stay home for repair. Visit 6- tech shows up without parts and orders more parts (that should Have already been ordered) Visit 7 - TBD Tech was very friendly but 7 visits is inexcusable. I want to support local business but no other company would give you a window from 9:30-1:30 which requires me to take a day from work. I’m a teacher and can’t work from home. I am literally burning sick days because they are slow to get parts and the service department lady acts like you are dumb when you complain about missing 6 days of work and your fridge still doesn’t work

Had an emergency need for a new stove and Pieratt’s was great! Gary was phenomenal with his communication and making sure I had the best options for what I needed. And he, Graham and the delivery team worked to get things to me faster than expected! I love doing business with locally owned companies. I love working with people who communicate and care. Thanks, Gary and Pieratt’s!

I bought a double oven on Black Friday. We picked it up from the warehouse ourselves and brought it home. When we unboxed it, there were several drips of silicone on the control panel. I couldn’t easily get them off. I called them the next day. The manager requested pictures sent through email for proof. I sent him 4 pictures. He said he would call me back. I didn’t hear anything back. I picked at them and eventually I was able to remove them without damaging the surface. Then after using my stove to cook a big Christmas meal, we noticed the hot cooktop light wasn’t functioning correctly and the two front burners weren’t cycling on/off as they are designed to. Once again called service. They came out and while fixing a loose connection the whole control panel completely blew out. Nothing works on it now. They have ordered the parts and will schedule a time to come fix it. We decided this is unacceptable for a brand new stove and who knows what will break next. We've requested to have our money refunded and returning the stove. They have denied our request. Edited to add: Mike Curran has graciously said they will swap out our stove with a new one. It should be delivered to our house on Tuesday of next week. I appreciate him taking the time today to discuss our concerns and taking steps to rectify the situation. Thank you very much!
