We purchased several appliances here for our first home, including a refrigerator, stove, steam & bake combi oven, and desk lamps. Hua helped us find the proper sizes and models for our space. We were on a tight budget, but Hua went above and beyond to help us find the best models at the best prices. It was unbelievable that these beautiful, high-quality items ended up costing us almost half of what we expected. My husband also had very specific preferences for the stove, and even though it wasn’t available in the store, Hua arranged for it to be ordered and shipped. I also want to mention that her installation team was professional, efficient, and fast. Overall, an excellent experience—we highly recommend this store!

The owners are very knowledgeable about their products, which saved us a huge amount of time in finding the right appliances to meet our needs. I ordered a refrigerator, dishwasher, range hood, and water purifier and got a package deal. The products, prices, and service remain excellent and as reliable as ever. Their delivery and installation continued to make the experience smooth and worry-free. Their remote and on-site support allowed us to start using our new appliances with ease. I’m truly grateful for their pre-sales and after-sales support throughout our remodeling project. It’s such a joy to come across a store that puts so much heart into what they do.
