Mr Appliance

Motherboard went out on the dryer and Mr. Appliance was able to come out and diagnose within a few days. They ordered and installed the new board a few days later. Unfortunately the replacement board was faulty so they ordered another and had in install a few days later. Kris was a great technician and was courteous, knowledgeable and prompt!

We had a great experience with Mr. Appliance, especially with Chris Vandyke.. He came out to repair our washing machine, and when the issue wasn’t completely resolved the first time, he honored his work without hesitation and made sure everything was taken care of. Chris was professional, courteous, and communicated with us every step of the process.. It’s refreshing to work with someone who truly stands behind their work and is committed to making things right. We really appreciate his dedication and would definitely recommend him (in fact, we already have a few times).
