Marilin went far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect, making sure I received my appliances even after delays caused by a third‑party delivery service — delays that weren’t on her or the company at all. She kept me updated, stayed proactive, and genuinely cared about making things right. That’s the kind of service you don’t forget and the kind that doesn’t go unnoticed. If the rating scale went up to 10 or 20 stars, they’d get every single one.
