Two experiences. The one with my dryer- it now works/has heat again, but now makes noise at times it did not before so that person fixed the issue I called for, but not a totally clean experience. 3.5-4. The repair tech for my dishwasher was a 5 , and informative with trouble shooting.

We had a great experience with Mr. Appliance, especially with Chris Vandyke.. He came out to repair our washing machine, and when the issue wasn’t completely resolved the first time, he honored his work without hesitation and made sure everything was taken care of. Chris was professional, courteous, and communicated with us every step of the process.. It’s refreshing to work with someone who truly stands behind their work and is committed to making things right. We really appreciate his dedication and would definitely recommend him (in fact, we already have a few times).

Excellent service and fair pricing. From the call to Mr. Appliance in speaking with the scheduler, Ethan, to the service rep, Lane, it was clear they know what they’re doing and that they care about quality and integrity. I highly recommend Mr. Appliance.

Great service now twice in the last month. Our technician today was Chris Vandyke. Previously had Eric Grier. Both we could tell were extremly knowledgeable and diagnoised our problems quickly. Also were very kind and respectful. Thanks for such great service!

Chris was the technician. He called to let me know he was on his way, arrived at the scheduled appointment time. Very professional, told me the cost up front (which I appreciated). Fixed the washer, made sure it worked prior to leaving. Removed the old part and packaging. I would highly recommend Mr. Appliance without hesitation.
