grateful there's one last remaining locally owned actual "appliance store" in johnson county (...or is it the last one standing in the entire metro area???). first time doing business with Mark, but should have been buying from him for years. it was such a blessing to be able to talk with the guy who actually owns the business, has been doing it for many years, ACTUALLY KNOWS WHAT HE'S TALKING ABOUT, will give you the straight dope and let you make your own decisions based on as much information as you want, and has his own installers instead of using day laborers or subcontractors, etc.
they give you a specific time for deliveries instead of the "stay home and wait for half a day" BS, and the installers, Mashawn (sp?) and Travis called before coming, were ON TIME, were courteous and efficient, and, somehow, amazingly, were able to squeeze the appliance through the narrow doorways without damaging anything. they're magicians!!! and, they were in and out in quick fashion, picked up and clean up everything. they did a great job.
only reasons not rated 5 stars, i guess, are: a) i'm just super critical; b) the store needs redecorating; and c) i haven't used the appliance, so can't include it, or how the store responds if there's an issue yet. i assume it will be great, though, based on everything up to this point. if so, i'll edit this review to 5 stars at some point
