As return customer just had another amazing experience with the team at Bonnycastle! Needed a new gas cooktop and microwave. Jon Herre was our sales rep. Wonderful and informed. He helped us make the decision that was right to match our existing appliances, and never tried to upsell. We love what we purchased, it looks and works terrific! Installer Lee (Empire Installation) was not only knowledgeable and efficient, but also really nice to work with. Highly recommend!

In April, 2025, my husband and I were in the market for a new GE refrigerator and GE stove. We had planned to go to a few appliance stores. We were at my sister’s house in the Highlands, so decided to go to Bonnycastle Appliance & TV first. Neither of us had ever been there. We were greeted by Dan Kaplan. His knowledge of each fridge and stove we were shown was impeccable. On top of that, he was very nice and patient. Our appliances were ordered at the end of May to take advantage of the Memorial Day sale. We decided to also order a new GE microwave. Our appliances were delivered and installed by Lee with Empire Installation. A bin in our fridge was cracked and our microwave had a dent in the door. I called Dan the next day and he ordered the new bin and microwave door. They were delivered to our home within four or five days. We replaced the bin ourselves and an installer came out and replaced the microwave door. My husband and I highly recommend Dan Kaplan at Bonnycastle Appliance & TV! The sales team was great however the DELIVERY knocked our front stairs which are brand new composite material (hard to do) then they got BLACK DIRT all down our OFF WHITE STAIRS and our dryer was DENTED. The manager CHRIS WAS RUDE and UNAPOLOGETIC AND UNACCOUNTABLE. I said the dolly is dirty please have it cleaned. He argued and said “it’s gonna damage things it’s a dolly and it’s my fault for having light colored stairs.” We just had movers bring couches and beds into our new home without a hint of damage. Due to his responses on the phone, I am leaving this review. If he had said, “of course I’ll have the dolly cleaned, I’m so sorry for the damages to your home, etc”, I would’ve let this go.

I had a great experience with Bonnycastle when we purchased our first set of laundry machines after moving into a house without these appliances. When we decided we wanted a second set, I was overwhelmed thinking about how I’d find someone to cut the dryer vent, do the plumbing, and add an electrical plug for the new machines. I called bonnycastle to explain what I wanted. They came out and verified it was feasible given our current setup, and then we were off to the races. Once I gave them the go-ahead, they were able to handle all aspects of adding the second set, so I never had to find different tradesmen myself for each component of the project. This was extremely helpful and reassuring. The machines were in stock, and I was doing dual loads of laundry within a week! Bonnycastle turned what I thought would be a nightmare project into a dream. Highly recommend this company for when you have a complicated appliance project that requires more than simple installation. Bonnycastle will be our first stop for future appliance needs.
