Sold a defective refrigerator. And when we discovered the issue, they said their warranty was only 60 days so we could pay more to bring it to them , pay more to have them look at it and pay more to have them fix it I'll be using an alternative supplier for my rentals *Update - yes, let's provide full disclosure, the warranty expired but who wants an appliance that can't even last a year, without use. That sat plugged in without wear or tear while renos were being done. So yes, let's be honest, if you're expecting at least a year (and most likely more) from an appliance then Mid America isn't the place. Lucky for me the appliance repair I've called has a 12 month warranty that I'll use once they fix your defective appliance. And recommends a more reliable supplier for my future needs. 1 star for the audacity, which is pretty much in alignment with their Yelp reviews

Our landlord gets supplies through here and I wouldn’t recommend it, They will send you 3-4 different fridges that don’t work when the one they originally give you doesn’t. All these fridges work in the freezer but after 2 days the fridge goes bad and you have to spend 100$-150$ on groceries again just for it to go bad. Jessica is one of the people i spoke with and she’s a bit impatient when it comes to working with people. I had called about how none of the fridges were working and all she seemed concerned about was how many they were sending us and not making sure we have a properly working one. I’ve contacted my landlord about this and it’s not the outlet or the power, it’s the fridges themselves. Hopefully they work out for you guys but just wanted to share the experience. The guy who brings the fridges though, he’s amazing I forgot his name but Is very friendly!

I love a good deal & at Mid-America Appliance, I feel like I got a very good deal.
