The two delivery workers damaged my walls after I told them I no longer wanted the washer and dryer they brought to my home. When they first arrived, they said the washer they had for me didn't work because it had been sitting in the sun after another delivery. They took my working washing machine from my basement and left their broken washer at my house. Later, they returned with a replacement washer. When they came back, I told them I no longer wanted either the washer or the dryer. The thinner delivery worker became very upset and had a bad attitude because I refused their merchandise. The heavier-set delivery worker asked if I wanted my original washing machine back, and I said yes. However, the thinner worker told me, "No, come pick it up," even though they were the ones who took my washing machine from my home in the first place. It makes no sense that I should have to go to their business to retrieve property they removed from my house. On top of that, they left holes in my walls while moving the appliances. I expect my washing machine to be returned to me and for the damage to my home to be addressed.

I was going to get a washer and dryer set for my brand-new home, which will be used for short-term rentals through Airbnb. The set I originally wanted cost around $2,000, but while I was on my way to the store, I saw the exact same machines sitting outside a store on Broadway. I decided to make a U-turn and check it out, and I was shocked to find out I could get the same set for only $700 ✅ I would definitely recommend A&M APLIENCES to anyone interested in upgrading their home with luxury appliances at a great price.

I bought a washer and dryer set from this company, they installed it and said I had a 30 day warranty. The dryer whirlpool dryer elements gave out. I called and called 30 day warranty never happens. It was never fixed. I ended up having a family member fix it for me. The washing machine I ended up getting fixed myself not even going through their 30 day warranty. It would start and in the middle of a cycle would just be completely quiet when I got the clothes out the beads that I use are still at the bottom nothing was washed and it’s just a joke. The gentleman who installed my washer and dryer hit on me asked me if he could get my number. I told him no he asked me why and I told him I was not looking for anything and he said well I’m young and I’m successful and tried to sell me some other things outside of the washer and dryer. Company is a joke wasted my money I was better off buying the set from Facebook that I knew I should have.
