There are several good reasons to depend on Jim's for your appliances. But the best reason, and what's kept us going back time and again, is the exceptional service. No one does it better than Dillon!

We went here for a Speed Queen washer, it was my first time there. We walked in probably 30-45 minutes before closing time, hoping to take the washer home that evening. Ryan was excellent to work with, and soon we had a new washer loaded up and were on our way. I would absolutely recommend this place if you’re looking for good quality appliances. I can’t speak for their delivery or installation, but the service I received in-store was top notch.

I have never bought anything from them . But as a contractor I have had to deal with them more than once over the years. And i have to pick up the tab and slack, for them to satisfy my customer. Delivery isn't there strong spot, installing isnt either, i would just pass for the cost and headache. They aways have excuses can't do gas line huck up won't cut cabinets for oven insert or island stove counter top opening. Hows a contractor supposed to know the measurements, if they are setting equipment the contractor is usually done and gone if they are setting equipment. They wont haul up stairs. They have to use a dolly. I remember back in the day shears guys didn't use a dolly, they used straps and muscles. Huge inconvenience for the contractor and client. I Gave them 3 stars because it is Really nice equipment. Buy the supplies for hooking it up there its worth it. But plan on just installing it yourself and hire a contractor for inserts.

Filled out the online form for service and got a call thr next morning. Jesse said they don't service my brand of dryer (Insignia) but gave me his opinion on the problem. That information allowed me the fix the issue myself and learn a bit about appliance maintenance.
