Only one star, but they deserve no stars! I bought four appliances, and they finally delivered them on the second day they promised to deliver and that was after numerous phone calls and empty promises. I discovered four days later NONE of them work! I have tried to call them and cannot leave a message. I tried twice to go to their store. The first time no one but the cat was there. Second time the driveway was blocked off by a locked gate. Worst customer service ever! Update: I got $900 of the almost $1,700 refunded March 6. Hopefully I will get the remainder next Friday, as Mr. Wilson promised. Still NOT worth the headaches.

Quote you 1 price on the phone and triple it later to barter down to 200%. Whoever I talked to was bsing why my part was so much more expensive. Told me why rust on their used different model laundry washer motor was better than no rust on mine. Should have bought used washing machine on FB for same price. I could have bought a clean motor on eBay for less (and i mentioned it). Before you drive miles to go there, get quotes on prices, conditions, and names before driving out of town to purchase questionable used parts. Had to grind down to make it work. Would have torn up belt if I didn't drimmel it to work.
